The key focus of the project is to upgrade the original general-purpose workshop into a specialized health product production area. Specific renovation works include: Using color steel panels to re-partition functional zones such as raw material temporary storage, compounding, filling, and packaging, while enhancing fire resistance and sound insulation performance; Fully installing solvent-free epoxy resin flooring on the ground, which features wear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance; Installing Fan Filter Units (FFUs) and an independent dehumidification system to improve local air cleanliness and humidity control capabilities. Its function is to establish a flexible workshop suitable for the production of multiple dosage forms, including soft capsules and oral liquids. The purpose is to meet increasingly stringent Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements, optimize process flows, and increase production capacity, while ensuring that other production lines continue to operate normally during the renovation period.
