Upon completion, the project will create approximately 8,000 square feet of clean production space, equipped with a cleanroom protection system (utilizing a sandwich-type insulated steel plate structure, sealed cleanroom doors and windows, and anti-static epoxy flooring to ensure airtightness of the enclosure and effective isolation between cleanroom classes), an air purification system (installing high-efficiency air filters), and an auxiliary control system (constructing personnel purification passages (air showers, buffer rooms), interlocked material transfer windows, and a purified water supply system), meeting the core process functional requirements for aseptic preparation filling, compliant drug packaging, and drug physicochemical testing. In the early stages of the project, our chief engineer liaised with the client to design a rational layout for the project's interior, and supplied the necessary specialized equipment according to the client's needs. In the later stages of the project, due to limited space in the project area, the engineering team adopted prefabricated modules and standardized factory processing and production methods. By rationally scheduling project and material transportation dates, they reduced on-site material stacking and processing operations, improving project efficiency, quality, and safety, and ensuring successful project completion.

**Translation:** Utilizing food-grade antibacterial color steel panels and seamless epoxy self-leveling flooring, combined with a three-stage HEPA air filtration system and air shower purification devices, an ISO Class 7 sterile space is created. IoT environmental monitoring modules are also integrated for real-time control of temperature, humidity, and particulate concentration. Its core function is to establish a dust-free closed-loop environment for the intelligent production line, preventing microbial contamination during production, while modular prefabricated components enable efficient assembly. During construction, tools such as laser levels and PAO leak detectors are employed, supplemented by clean argon arc welding processes. The team incorporates real-time particle monitoring technology to ensure compliant delivery within the project schedule.

**Translation:** Carry out compliance and efficiency improvement upgrades on the existing production workshop. The key focus of the project is to upgrade the original general-purpose workshop into a specialized health product production area. Specific renovation works include: Using color steel panels to re-partition functional zones such as raw material temporary storage, compounding, filling, and packaging, while enhancing fire resistance and sound insulation performance; Fully installing solvent-free epoxy resin flooring on the ground, which features wear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance; Installing Fan Filter Units (FFUs) and an independent dehumidification system to improve local air cleanliness and humidity control capabilities. Its function is to establish a flexible workshop suitable for the production of multiple dosage forms, including soft capsules and oral liquids. The purpose is to meet increasingly stringent Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements, optimize process flows, and increase production capacity, while ensuring that other production lines continue to operate normally during the renovation period.

This project focuses on the compliance upgrade of production and warehouse areas, with its core covering three major modules: clean space renovation, MEP system renewal, and flow path optimization. Construction involves the use of food-grade anti-slip antibacterial epoxy flooring, rounded-corner seamless sealing treatment for the workshop enclosure structures, and the upgrading of stainless steel water supply and drainage pipelines together with an energy-efficient HVAC temperature control system. Its function is to establish a zoned workshop that complies with Hong Kong food production standards, achieving isolation of production and warehouse flow paths as well as precise environmental control. The purpose is to adapt to the production requirements of Nestlé Buffalo dairy products and frozen foods, while enhancing hygiene levels and material flow efficiency. Pipeline clash detection simulation was completed in advance.
