This project creates a professional office space for a medical and health enterprise, with the fit-out centered on “functional integration + hygiene protection.” Internationally certified fire-resistant and antibacterial gypsum boards combined with aluminum alloy frames are used for partitions to create independent administrative offices, open-plan R&D workstations, meeting and discussion areas, and light laboratory support zones. Walls are finished with medical-grade antibacterial latex paint, while flooring is laid in zones: anti-static PVC flooring in office areas, anti-slip marble in reception areas, and corrosion-resistant epoxy flooring in laboratory areas. The MEP systems are upgraded with 304 stainless steel water supply and drainage pipes (suitable for sample cleaning), intelligent variable-frequency central air conditioning and independent fresh air systems are installed, and dedicated data cabling plus emergency power circuits are added. Supporting facilities include a sample display wall and a moisture-proof, fire-resistant archive room.
