This project is a Class A office fit-out works for Hong Kong Telecom, with its core focused on multi-system upgrades and quality enhancement: In terms of meeting technology, all meeting rooms are equipped with wireless projection, high-definition cameras, noise-cancelling microphones, and touch panels to support seamless hybrid working. The electrical system is optimized in design and installed with a power distribution network adapted to the load requirements. The air-conditioning and fresh air systems have their ductwork and air outlet layouts adjusted to ensure balanced temperature and humidity throughout the premises. The fire services system is redesigned in accordance with international standards, including sprinkler heads and smoke detectors, and has completed the relevant submissions and approvals. Ceilings adopt high-grade mineral wool acoustic panels that integrate air outlets, lighting fixtures, and other elements for a concealed and aesthetically pleasing appearance. Office areas are laid with high-specification commercial modular carpet, which offers the advantages of environmental friendliness, sound absorption, and ease of replacement. Throughout the project, low-VOC eco-friendly materials are selected, combined with LED energy-saving luminaires, high-efficiency air-conditioning units, and water-saving fixtures, putting the green concept into practice. High-standard safe construction is implemented to minimize disruption to other tenants in the building. Strict control is exercised through multiple stages, including incoming material inspections and concealed works acceptance.
